Terms and Conditions & Client Agreement

Effective Date: May 2025 Welcome to Aim Big Ltd. This document outlines the terms under which we provide our services. It includes a client agreement applicable to all services provided by Aim Big Ltd, including coaching, IEMT, training, workshops, and speaking engagements. By accessing our website, booking our services, or attending any session or event, you agree to these terms in full.

1. About Us

  • Coaching
  • Integral Eye Movement Therapy (IEMT)
  • Soft skills and wellbeing training
  • Keynote and motivational speaking
  • Group workshops and development events

2. Scope of Services

Our services are delivered in-person and/or online via one-to-one sessions, group formats, and public or private events. These include:

A. Coaching Services

A thought-provoking, action-oriented partnership to help clients identify and pursue personal and professional/business goals.

B. IEMT (Integral Eye Movement Therapy)

A non-invasive approach using eye movements and structured questioning to reduce emotional distress and unwanted patterns.

C. Training and Workshops

Interactive and educational programs such as communication, resilience, mindset, wellbeing, and leadership.

D. Keynote Speaking

Inspirational talks on topics such as growth mindset, personal development, and wellbeing, delivered at events or conferences.

3. Service Provider–Client Relationship

A. Ethical Standards

We follow ethical and professional conduct guidelines aligned with the industries in which we operate.

B. Personal Responsibility

Clients are solely responsible for their own decisions, actions, wellbeing, and outcomes related to or following any services provided.

C. Voluntary Participation

By engaging with Aim Big Ltd, clients agree to take full responsibility for the results and consequences of their participation.

D. No Guarantee of Results

While services are designed to support growth and insight, Aim Big Ltd does not promise or guarantee any particular result, outcome, or transformation.

E. Termination of Services

Clients may choose to discontinue services at any time by providing written notice via email to hello@aimbig.co.uk. Aim Big Ltd may also end the service relationship under certain conditions (e.g., non-payment, breach of terms, inappropriate conduct). Services already delivered are non-refundable.

4. Fees and Payment

  • All fees are disclosed in advance and must be paid before services are rendered unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • We accept bank transfers and card payments.
  • Group training and events may have custom pricing and terms.

5. Scheduling and Delivery

  • Sessions and events are scheduled by mutual agreement.
  • Clients are responsible for attending sessions and ensuring technical access for online delivery.

6. Cancellations and Refund Policy

A. Individual Services & Events and Workshops

  • Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.
  • Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged in full.
  • Refunds are not available for missed or completed sessions.
  • Deposits will be non-refundable.

7. Confidentiality

All personal information shared in individual sessions is treated confidentially unless:
  • Required by law
  • There is a risk of harm to the client or others
  • The client provides written consent to share information
Confidentiality does not apply to public events or workshops.

8. Intellectual Property

All materials, content, and resources shared by Aim Big Ltd remain our intellectual property. You may not copy, distribute, or reproduce any materials without our express written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer

  • Aim Big Ltd accepts no liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
  • You engage with our services entirely at your own risk.
  • We make no warranties regarding the suitability of the services for your needs.
  • We are not responsible for your decisions or outcomes related to our services.
  • Our services do not replace medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice or treatment.

10. Mental Health & Professional Advice

We do not diagnose, treat, or cure any mental health condition. Clients should seek support from licensed professionals if needed. If you are in crisis, contact NHS services or emergency support.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of English courts.

12. Acceptance of Terms

By booking, paying for, or participating in any service provided by Aim Big Ltd, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions and the Client Agreement. No signature is required — engagement constitutes acceptance.
